For over 20 years, Waner has been turning complex technology into something anyone can understand and use. From supporting university staff with SQL reports to overseeing a Learning Management System that serves 18,000+ healthcare workers — he's always been focused on the humans behind the hardware.
Outside of IT leadership, Waner wears many hats. He volunteers as a public speaking instructor for youth, coaches youth sports, takes tap dancing lessons, and is a licensed private pilot and drone operator. He's also a stage actor, motivational speaker, and enthusiastic grillmaster.
